چکیده

We report studies of charge-independent (CI) and charge-dependent (CD) two-particle differential number correlation functions, $R_{2} \left( \Delta \eta, \varphi \right)$, transverse momentum $P_2 \right)$ charged particles produced in \PbPb\ collisions at the LHC centre-of-mass energy $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}} =$ 2.76 TeV with UrQMD, AMPT EPOS models. Model predictions for $R_2$ $P_2$ functions are presented inclusive hadrons ($h^\pm$) selected ranges full azimuthal coverage pseudorapidity range $|\eta|< 1.0$. compare these strength, shape, particularly width recent measurements observables by ALICE collaboration. Our analysis indicate that comparative provide valuable insight towards understanding particle production Pb--Pb collisions. find, particular, models have quantitatively different three but none reproduce measured reported Accounting quantum conservation models, charge conservation, is mandatory to detailed functions.

Two-proton Correlations from Pb+pb Central Collisions

The two-proton correlation function at midrapidity from Pb+Pb central collisions at 158 AGeV has been measured by the NA49 experiment. The preliminary results are compared to model predictions from proton source distributions of static thermal Gaussian sources and the transport models of rqmd and venus. We obtain an effective proton source size σeff = 4.0 ± 0.15(stat.) +0.06 −0.18 (syst.) fm. T...
